Import declaration, pre-shipment inspection, conformity certificates and transport insurance — secured before anything leaves the factory.
3 · Sea freight
Booking, bill of lading, commercial invoice and packing list, with shipment tracking and a confirmed ETA to the destination port.
4 · Customs clearance
Customs declaration, payment of duties and taxes, conformity control on arrival and release order — handled with locally licensed brokers.
5 · Inland transport & delivery
Onward transport from the port of arrival to the final destination, with delivery to your team tracked to the door.
6 · Registration, handover & closure
Local registration and insurance, signed acceptance and the complete documentation file — the operation closed end to end.
