Import & delivery — DR Congo

Import & delivery in the Democratic Republic of Congo

MIT MAGHREB handles the entire vehicle import process into the DRC, from the import declaration to local registration. Our team masters DGDA, OCC, BIVAC and OGEFREM requirements to guarantee customs clearance with no blockage and no surprise.

A demanding destination we master end to end: DGDA, OCC and OGEFREM formalities and clearance at the ports of Matadi and Boma — a procedure we document and track across 15 control points.

Import Declaration (DI), proforma invoice, client RCCM/NIF, OCC certificate of conformity, inspection certificate, transport insurance policy, original Bill of Lading, original commercial invoice, packing list, OGEFREM bordereau, DGDA customs receipt, Goods Release Order (BAE).
