FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Practical answers for buyers, public bodies and industrial clients sourcing special vehicles and equipment for Africa.

What products do you supply?

We supply new, purpose-built special vehicles — ambulances, fire and rescue trucks, tankers and utility vehicles — as well as industrial equipment and machinery for infrastructure and public-works projects.

Which markets do you deliver to?

We deliver across African markets, including Morocco, Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Mauritania and the Democratic Republic of Congo, and we also operate in Europe and the Middle East. Tell us your destination and we will confirm feasibility and timelines.

Where do you source your vehicles and equipment?

We source from audited manufacturers in Europe and Asia, selected for build quality, compliance and reliability. Each vehicle is built to your specification and inspected before shipment.

What are your typical lead times?

Lead times depend on the vehicle, the specification and the destination. As a guide, production usually takes 60 to 90 days, followed by sea freight and customs clearance. We confirm a precise schedule with every quote.

Which Incoterms do you work with?

We work with the main Incoterms — EXW, FOB and CIF being the most common — and can manage the operation through to delivery at the destination port or beyond, depending on your needs.

How is payment and financing structured?

Payment is typically a deposit on order and the balance before shipment. Depending on the project, we can work with letters of credit, supplier credit and insured payment terms. The structure is agreed in writing before production starts.

Do you handle customs clearance and final delivery?

Yes. We manage the full chain end to end — pre-shipment conformity, sea freight, customs clearance with locally licensed brokers, inland transport and final handover — with the complete documentation set (commercial invoice, bill of lading, packing list and conformity certificates).

Can you respond to public tenders and institutional buyers?

Yes. We regularly work with public-sector bodies, institutional buyers and industrial clients. Include your tender reference and requirements in your message and we will respond accordingly.

Do your vehicles meet international standards?

Yes. Our special vehicles are built to recognised standards — for example EN 1789 for ambulances and EN 1846 for fire and rescue vehicles — together with ECE and CE conformity where applicable.

How do I request a quote?

Use our contact form and describe the scope, the destination country, the expected budget range and the target delivery window. We reply within one business day.
