Our activities

We deliver public infrastructure projects from technical specification through to acceptance: road sections, bridges, hydraulic networks and ancillary works. Our scope typically covers the preparation of bid documents, the qualification and supervision of execution partners, the management of supplied equipment and the formal handover to the operating authority. A recent example would be the supply and supervision of an arterial road segment, where MIT MAGHREB coordinated three local contractors, two European equipment suppliers and the public works authority for a single accountable delivery.

Import and distribution of specialised industrial equipment: earthmoving machinery, lifting solutions, batching plants, soil treatment units. For each engagement we run a full technical brief with the client, qualify two or three candidate suppliers, organise factory visits and witness testing, then handle import, customs, on-site delivery, commissioning and operator training. Typical engagements range from single high-value units (a tower crane, a mobile recycler) to fleet contracts spanning several years.

Strategic sourcing from qualified manufacturers in Europe, Asia and North America. We handle the complete import/export operation: contract negotiation, letters of credit, certificates of origin, customs clearance, port-of-entry logistics and final delivery to site. We do not act as a generic broker — every supplier is part of our audited list and every shipment is tracked end-to-end with named accountability.

Preventive and corrective maintenance, operator training programs, spare parts management and on-site technical assistance. Multi-year service frameworks are available and recommended for fleet-scale contracts: they secure availability of certified spare parts, guaranteed response times and continuous training of the client's technical teams. For public-sector fleets, training is delivered in French or Arabic by certified instructors.

In-situ treatment and improvement of soils for road platforms, industrial yards and foundations. Our offer combines specialised equipment (soil stabilisers, recyclers, binder spreaders, compactors), the engineered binders themselves (lime, cement, hydraulic mixes) and the geotextile reinforcement layers required by the design. Each project is preceded by laboratory testing of the in-situ material and a written treatment recipe.
